Christmas...

We have had a wonderful Christmas season. I am so thankful for the family that I have-My hubby is totally awesome:) My kids are GREAT! and both mine and Mikes families are wonderful!!!
We began our day at 4am...Mason came in and said can we go out? So I pulled him in bed with Mike and I and not a half hour later Marshal was in their room saying...Mason, Mason. So Mason JUMPS out of bed and said Marshal do you want to go see what Santa brought. Marshal of course said YES! As you can hear him getting out of his bed you also hear...Yes...Presents! And off they ran. After they opened all the presents they sat and played and watched new movies. Mike spent the morning cooking bacon and I enjoyed myself watching my kids and feeding Abbie. (she can take FOREVER eating)
We then went to my mom and dads house at 9am...ate breakfast and opened more presents. And as always at grandma and grandpas house...the kids were crazy! Masons present was the BIGGEST present there, he was pretty proud of that:) We had the sister missionaries join us for breakfast and then of course they had to give their little lesson afterwards...I knew all the kids were thinking "NEVER invite them again on Christmas!!" Anyways that is what some of the parents were thinking...while they were out in the kitchen LAUGHING their heads off. We had a great time there.
Then we went to Mikes mom and dads house at 1pm...opened presents (because grandma can't wait) then ate lunch. I made a picture colledge of Mikes grandma and grandpa and gave them it...When they were looking at it his grandma asked who the man was in their wedding picture..grandpa said well that is me. And she said NO he is too young and good looking to be you-they are so fetching cute! We lounged around and relaxed most the day at both houses.
In both families we were super blessed this year to have new babies for their first Christmas...of course Abbie is loving her first Christmas as if you couldn't tell by her new little or should I say BIG smile! And Kate is also loving her first Christmas, she just wanted to play with all her gifts as soon as she opened them. And Becca was also just having fun with the wrapping paper. Oh boy what to look forward to for next year-all of our trees will be half decorated and NO presents will be out until Christmas morning:)

I am so lucky to have the families that I have I am so blessed to have my mom and dad and for being raised by them in the gospel. I am so grateful for my in laws-just a quick thanks to both families for ALL our presents!
