Every year my dad, brother and I get together and do all our canning in my parents garage. It is so nice because then we don't have the mess and stickiness in our homes. 
My dad is always a champ. There have been plenty of times that he has been sick or that we put up something the my mom and he doesn't want, but he is always there doing it with us and he is always the one to stay until all the jars have processed. He always lets me go take care of my kids or my brother to go drive bus. THANKS DADDY!
This year was so much fun, my dad, brother Wade, sister Carrie and myself was canning. While my mom and Rhonda (sister) was in taking care of the babies (thanks mom and Rhonda). The other kids Sidney and Marshal with Kaden a neighbor friend, decided to help by putting all the rotten tomatoes in a bucket...before we knew it they were having a blast with those tomatoes!
This is my favorite of Marshal...he looks like "I should be getting in trouble for this but my mom is taking pictures instead! Today was a fun day of canning for everyone, except Mason who was in school. 
What an awesome family tradition! I should tell my sisters about it. That would make it lots more fun. You're awesome! I just finished canning our carrots yesterday, tons of fun and mess. Gotta love it, there's always something that "mom" needs to do.
